Hessel Touts Instant Runoff Voting
RALEIGH (14 Jun 2024) – Brad Hessel, candidate for NC Senate District 18, spoke at the More Voices More Choices rally at the State Capital in downtown Raleigh today and called for legislation to allow counties and municipalities to use instant runoff voting (a/k/a ranked-choice voting) for their elections.
