2024 RWCA Candidates Forum
Raleigh-Wake Citizens Association (RWCA) have been influential in supporting positive and progressive policy. As a community-based nonpartisan advocacy organization, they aim to protect, encourage, educate, and help residents in their civic, economic, social, and political advancement. In doing so, they promote public policies that positively impact underserved communities.
RWCA in partnership with several other organizations are sponsoring a series of 2024 candidate forums:
Tue 13 Aug—Raleigh City Council
Wed 14 Aug—US House, NC Supreme Court, and Council of State (excepting Governor and Lt. Governor)
Thu 15 Aug—NC Superior Court, NC District Court, NC Senate
Fri 16 Aug—Wake Commissioners, Register of Deeds, S&W Supervisor, Board of Education, Raleigh Mayor
The NC Senate 18 forum is the last one scheduled for Thursday, so it will likely happen closer to 9pm than 6pm.
